Do I need to order the still renders first before requesting a video?
No — the video is produced on the same base 3D model regardless of whether still renders already exist for the project, though if the Level 01 Photorealistic Rendering service has already been commissioned, the video is delivered faster by reusing the already-validated model and material calibration.
How long is a promotional video or a cinematic walkthrough?
Length is tailored to the intended use — from short 30-60 second pieces for social media and trade fairs to multi-minute narrative walkthroughs for sales presentations — and is defined together with the camera script in the first technical meeting.
What formats is the final video delivered in?
It's delivered as high-definition video ready for web, social media and projection at a sales office or trade fair booth; the exact format (resolution, aspect ratio, codec) is agreed based on the destination channel during the initial brief.
